Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date when you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send to Davidts rue des Semailles 27, 4400 Flémalle, Belgique, email: shop@davidts.be, fax: 0032 4 344 97 91 – your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clearly-worded statement (by email or postal letter for example). You can use the withdrawal form template but this is not compulsory.

For the withdrawal period to be respected, you just need to communicate your intention to withdraw before the expiry of this withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising because you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless a different method is expressly agreed with you; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the product or until you have sent us proof of return, the date used being the earliest thereof.

You must return or deliver the item to us or to a DPD collection point of your choice as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This decline is considered to be respected if you return the items to us before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.

In metropolitan France or Benelux, you can take the package to a DPD collection point with the return costs being borne by DAVIDTS.

In all other cases, you must bear the costs of returning the item directly.

Your liability is only incurred in relation to the depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that required to check the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item.
